Strawberry Yogurt Bars for Toddlers - Quick, nutritious, and perfect for little hands

Ingredients:

1. Fresh strawberries, chopped (1–1½ cups)

2. Granola (about 1–1½ cups – use toddler-safe granola or finely crushed if needed)

3. Plain or flavored yogurt** (Greek or regular, about 1½ cups) - used okios vanilla for this recipe

Instructions:

Step 1: Prep the Base

Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper (for easy removal).

Sprinkle a layer of granola evenly on the bottom of the pan.

Step 2: Add the Layers

Spoon yogurt over the granola and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Press chopped strawberries gently into the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle more granola on top for extra crunch.

Step 3: Freeze and Store

Place the pan in the freezer for 2–4 hours, or until fully hardened.

Once frozen solid, lift out the parchment and cut into toddler-sized bars.

Store the bars in a gallon-sized freezer bagfor easy grab-and-go snacks.

For younger toddlers, use finely chopped strawberries and soft granola.
